The TSDE is EMAX's heavy-frame 4-in-1 platform: inline air filtration, a screw compressor, refrigerated dryer, and a 300 L air receiver tank, all on a single steel base. The larger receiver volume means the compressor cycles less frequently under intermittent load — useful for shops running blow-guns, pneumatic presses, or intermittent paint work where demand spikes between idle periods.
Like the NKTD, the integrated dryer is R407C-based and brings dew point to around 3°C, and the cabinet is acoustically lined for sub-70 dB(A) operation. The TSDE supports dual-pressure operation (0.8 / 1.0 MPa) selected at commissioning, so distributors can stock one SKU and tune it to the customer's downstream tooling. AS1210-certified pressure vessel and Y-Δ start (15+ HP) are standard.
Compared with the NKTD, the TSDE trades a slightly larger footprint for the buffer capacity of the 300 L tank — preferred by buyers who run the compressor through high-load, irregular-demand cycles.
