The TSC fixed-speed cabinet range is built for plants running 24/7 baseloads where the air demand never drops. The induction motor and twin-screw air end run at a single optimised RPM, with intake-valve unloading when line pressure is reached; there is no inverter to fail.
Smaller sizes (7.5–60 HP, A suffix) use a belt-driven layout for lower entry cost and serviceability; larger sizes (75–250 HP, D suffix) move to direct drive for zero transmission losses and reduced maintenance. Both layouts share the same heavy-gauge cabinet, oversized air-to-oil cooler, and large lubricant reservoir, so service intervals stretch out even under continuous duty. AS1210-certified pressure vessels are standard.
The control board is intentionally simple — Y-Δ start on most sizes, basic protection relays, no proprietary firmware to chase. For distributors stocking entry- and mid-tier industrial air, this is the long-life workhorse.
